Terms of Service – Sauna Space

Welcome to Sauna Space, operated by SAUNA SPACE SAS. By accessing our facilities, purchasing a session or membership, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, entering our premises, or using any Sauna Space services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

2. Access and Eligibility

2.1 Age Policy

Sauna Space is open to adults and minors only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone if safety, capacity, or conduct is a concern.

2.2 Personal Responsibility

Use of sauna and cold exposure involves significant physical stress and inherent risks. By entering Sauna Space, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and accept full personal responsibility for your health, safety, and physical condition.

3. Services & Memberships

3.1 Available Products

  • Single Session
  • 5-Session Pack
  • 10-Session Pack
  • Unlimited Monthly Membership

All sessions are drop-in, subject to capacity and availability.

3.2 Membership Renewal & Cancellation

Unlimited memberships renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time with at least two (2) business days notice before renewal.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payments

All sauna sessions and memberships must be paid online in advance.

4.2 No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable, including unused sessions, expired packs, missed visits, and early cancellation. No credits, extensions, rescheduling, or refunds are provided under any circumstances.

5. Health & Safety

5.1 Medical Responsibility

Guests with the following conditions must consult a physician before use:

  • Pregnancy
  • Cardiovascular conditions
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Neurological disorders
  • Respiratory conditions
  • Epilepsy
  • Diabetes
  • Blood disorders
  • Severe allergies

5.2 Cold Exposure

Cold showers and ice baths involve extreme temperature exposure and are used entirely at your own risk.

6. Facility Rules & Etiquette

  • Shower between sauna and cold plunge
  • Sit on a towel at all times
  • Limit sauna rounds to 15 minutes each
  • Maximum 3 rounds per visit recommended
  • Swimwear required on lower body
  • No oils, fragrances, or additives on sauna stones
  • No alcohol or drug use before or during sessions
  • Remove jewellery, watches, and eyewear before sauna use

7. Conduct & Community

Sauna Space is a shared environment built on mutual respect. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, unsafe conduct, or refusal to follow staff instructions will result in immediate removal without refund. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any person, at any time, for any reason.

8. Personal Belongings

Sauna Space accepts no responsibility whatsoever for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, whether stored in lockers or elsewhere on the premises. All personal property is brought at your own risk.

9. Assumption of Risk & Full Waiver of Liability

By entering Sauna Space, you expressly acknowledge and agree that sauna bathing, cold exposure, and wellness activities involve inherent and unpredictable risks, including dehydration, dizziness, fainting, burns, slips and falls, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and aggravation of existing medical conditions.

You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks.

Full release and waiver from liability for SAUNA SPACE SAS, its directors, owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, personal injury, illness or death, property loss, or economic harm.

This waiver applies regardless of cause, including ordinary negligence, operational conditions, equipment failure, or third-party actions.

10. Modifications to Terms

Sauna Space reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance.
